Weekly Menu for November 15th: Roots Manouvers

No more tomatoes definitely does not mean no more colour at the market. This week we have some lovely dishes that use earthy roots, vibrant brassicas and sweet squash.

What’s fresh at the market this week

Although there are still a few remaining tomatoes and peppers at the market, it’s time to shift focus to great winter vegetables. This is the brassica’s moment to shine along with orchard fruit and squash.
